Weekly Newsletter 11/22/24
November 22nd, 2024
We are so excited about the Parent-Teacher conferences, it really takes a team to ensure that students can reach their full potential and we couldn't ask for better partners!
We hope you all have a wonderful restful weekend!
Announcements:
- PBIS Theme: Gratitude
- We have a no cell phone policy in school, we understand that some students need to bring a phone for transportation and check-ins with parents for go-home plans, we collect each student's phone and keep it safe until the end of the day.
- We are not here to tell anyone how to make decisions for their children regarding phone us, technology use, or social media use and wanted to share some resources that might be helpful or informational. Most of our staff are also parents navigating this new age of technology and social media and want to share some of the information that has been helpful for us.
- Conferences are next week 11/25 and 11/26, those two days students will be on an early release schedule with dismissal at 12:30pm.
- We are gearing up for our Holiday store in which students can purchase gifts for family members who live in their homes, using their hard-earned Panther Pride tickets. If you have any gently used or new items you would like to donate please drop them off at our office, we appreciate any and all offers!
- Are you interested in volunteering? We need volunteers to help with our Robotics/STEM club each Wednesday from 12:30-3:30pm.
- We also would love school-wide snack donations, goldfish crackers, graham crackers, and granola bars are all big hits. Thank you!
